Sparc CD's need to be created with fakeroot. So when you do so... fakeroot make bin-official_images Note, the entire creation process (from "Makeing the CD's bootable" to creating the iso's) needs to be done under fakeroot, since the bootable process creates some device nodes (normally root is needed, but fakeroot works too).
