To do this, you'll first of all need to use XFree 4.0.x from unstable/testing. However, the Mach64 driver in that release is broken on UltraSPARC, so you'll still have to wait. You wont be able to do it on Xfree 3 in potato, at all. Atleast not that I am aware of.
