There are SunOS 4.1.1 downloads available on www.sun3arc.org. Sun has been informed about them but never protested (they even originated from a Sun-employe, iirc), so it seems to be "legal". It appears to be able to run on some Sparcstations, though I'm not sure if it actually supports SS5. BUt could be worth a try.
