If you want to use X 4.0.x, you'll need to use the sunffb driver for the Creator card. If you want to use the ATI card, you'll need to install the xserver-mach64 package from potato (works with woody/sid, I use it on my Ultra5) and create a symlink from /etc/X11/X to /usr/X11R6/bin/XF86_Mach64. The current X 4.0.x does not work with ATI on UltraSPARC yet. I'm actually looking at the 4.0.3 that was just uploaded to see if things have changed.
