Well, it's a white box, with little holes in the side and a big logo on the front. When you turn it on it makes a whirring noise and when you pull the plug from the wall socket it sort of sighs. It has a little flashing light on the front, but sometimes it doesn't flash very often.
For the humour impaired, this is a joke. I used to run a help desk and sometimes the user on the other end of the phone would very helpfully assist us in the troubleshooting of their machine.
