I have a set of rogue packages for all of you who have Mach64 cards. This is compiled with a patch from Dave Miller. You'll need a recent kernel image (2.2.20pre1+ or 2.4.5+, preferably from vger CVS).
Add this to /etc/apt/sources.list deb http://auric.debian.org/~bcollins xfree86/ Run update, and "apt-get install xserver-xfree86". Also, enable the NoAccel option or you'll get some weirdness. The 4.1.0 packages that will be in Debian within a week or so, will contain this fix, and will not have the weirdness.
