BigMac & Sparc-Classic

Hi!

Has anybody a hint how to force a BigMac (sunbmac) into full duplex mode.
I'm running a Sparc Classic with Debian 2.2r3, Kernel 2.4.2. The card
switches to 100Mbit but not to full duplex.
