I am maintaining scalapack and I am seeing strange error reports in the build logs for sparc: dh_shlibdeps -l/build/buildd/scalapack-1.7 ldd: /lib/ld-linux.so.2 exited with unknown exit code (132) dpkg-shlibdeps: failure: ldd on debian/scalapack-mpich-test/usr/lib/scalapack/xcevc-mpich' gave error exit status 1 dh_shlibdeps: command returned error code make: *** [binary-arch] Error 1 This was 1.7-4 and 1.7-3 gives: LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/lib/libfakeroot:/usr/lib/64/libfakeroot:/build/buildd/scalapack-1.7 dh_shlibdeps ldd: /lib/ld-linux.so.2 exited with unknown exit code (132) dpkg-shlibdeps: failure: ldd on debian/scalapack-mpich-test/usr/lib/scalapack/xcevc-mpich' gave error exit status 1 dh_shlibdeps: command returned error code make: *** [binary-arch] Error 1 I would like scalapack to be buildable on sparc (sparc keeps scalapack from entering testing). What would you recommend me to do?
