Really, it's a matter of preference. Nobody can tell you what you will like. Debian has a solid sparc distribution. SuSE's is pretty good as well. Aurora is the port of Red Hat 7.x to sparc. There are also some others (Gentoo, Splack, Rock, etc.) ... There's a list with links at http://www.ultralinux.org/dists.html ... it would probably be worth your while to install a few of 'em to try 'em out and see for yourself.
