If you have not already done so, can you please do the following: 1. Click on the Windows Start Menu in the bottom left corner of the screen and select "Run". 2. Type in: dxdiag 3. Click OK ** A DirectX window will now appear.. 4. Please select the Save All Information tab. (This will save a text file called "DxDiag.txt" with your computer details - choose somewhere to save this file so that you can retrieve it later.) 5. Click Exit to close the DirectX window. 6.
