when the sun keymap didn't work (bug #178465) the system used a basic
keymap. with a normal keyboard this won't harm. On my sparc it made my
keyboard useless. Ctrl-Alt-Backspace didn't work... (Insert behaved as
backspace and so on....)
maybe the sparc port shouldn't fallback on the same keymap as on the
i386 port.
