I haven't been able to use reiserfs for the boot fs on Sparc32. However it seemed to work fine as a module (or possibly built in) to mount a non-root fs. I'm not sure, but when it came to mounting the root fs it either hung or said it couldn't find it. I can't recall. I just use ext3 now, no problem there. Perhaps there's a problem with the root-fs mounting code. -- 8<--------8<--------8<--------8<--------8<--------8<--------8<-------- Ian Tester *8)# \7\ LINUX: because geeks will find a way [EMAIL PROTECTED] \7\ http://www.spin.net.au/~imroy
