I should hasten to add that I have configured the RAID array and created a logical disk (and hot spare) from within the Mylex controller's own utility. Do I just need to format the logical drive with ext3 using fdisk and then mount it wherever I want? If so, what device to I format and mount? I have already tried fdisk /dev/rd/c0d0. I can't hear the fs being written.
