debian nfsroot installation

Hi list,

I would like to setup my debian box as a server for diskless clients. I 
created a directory /nfsroot and setup dhcp3-server and atftpd. Now i have 
two options
to create a nfsroot fs:
copy/rsync the real root to /nfsroot

installation of a minimal debian system into /nfsroot

I prefer a installation into the directory /nfsroot, but i dont find an 
option
in dpkg to install into a specific directory.

Is there a way to install a debian system into a directory?
