broken eth on a ultra 5

i have a problem with a ultra 5 and (linux?) ! the onboard-eth-port is damaged 
...
work a 3c905 in the ultra 5 pci-bus und can I use the 3c95x module ? have
someone experience with this - which eth-card works ?
