I'm getting this error while trying to compile 2.6.5-rc2: CC kernel/compat.o IKCFG kernel/ikconfig.h GZIP kernel/config_data.gz IKCFG kernel/config_data.h
/bin/sh: line 1: scripts/bin2c: No such file or directory make[1]: *** [kernel/config_data.h] Error 1 make: *** [kernel] Error 2 The config file is the same (I think) as the one used to compile 2.6.4. I probably screwed up something somewhere ... Ultra10, Debian Unstable, gcc 3.3.3 (latest unstable version) Thanks for any feedback Mustafa
