You can install woody, but you are forced to do a netinstall. Read the debian installation manual for sparc and learn the ``boot net'' nirvana... There's also a beta3 of sarge install bootcd, the cd boot fine but there's a bug and canot be used. You can try to use the boot floppy recently announced on this list, but AFAIK the sb150 cannot boot from floppy... When installed, you can switch to sarge/unstable, you have only to tweak some minor problem on boot script (AFAIK fixed) and on XF86Config-4 (a general problem for ATI chipset on non-i386).
