Hi, with each and every mail sent to this list (including your own), there's a note at the bottom saying: "To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]". The wording should be easy enough for everybody to understand...
