I have Debian Stable on one Tatung COMPstation U10 and wish to install on another. I want to use a standard keyboard/video/mouse with my KVM to save desktop realestate.

I'm told there can be problems with the wrong set-up on monitors ... smoke, flames, etc. Using a Gateway VX900 monitor. 2> Would a plain old S3 PCI video card work ok? 3> If I use 6-pin mouse/keyboard with USB adapters, would they be USB or PS2 mouse/keyboard?
