The list of mirrors also includes the list of architectures that each mirror carries. http://www.debian.org/mirror/list includes 33 American mirrors that are supposed to carry sparc. (Another 14 are listed that don't have it.) Pick any one that is network-wise close to you. Sites are ordered by time of original addition to the mirror list. -- 2.
