Thank you for all of you replies. I have made up a check list and try it
out today.
1. (following Jachym's advice) restarting TFTP daemon right after the
first request.
2. If 1 doesn't work. Regarding Stappers and Martin, setup a shiny new
minimum debian box as TFTP server, make a new interconnecting twisted
pair (without HUB) to directly link the two and try.
