Can you please clarify the machine model? Do you mean Sun Fire T2000? > and which distibution is the best fot this to run on? SPARC systems are supported by Solaris, Linux and BSD OSs. As for the Linux distributions, I only tried Debian some time ago. It seems that Gentoo supports SPARC too.
