A quick test with qemu-system-sparc64 (which is all I have to test with here) shows that the image now boots correctly all the way through to the Debian installer, although I need to increase the minimum amount of RAM to 256M compared with wheezy. Congratulations on reaching such an important milestone! Once this becomes an "official" Debian download, I'll add it to my OpenBIOS test suite to help shake out any other bugs with QEMU and the kernel. ATB, Mark.
