Hi! I just built a new set of debian-installer images for sparc64:
> https://people.debian.org/~glaubitz/debian-cd/2017-03-19/ It includes the fix for #857808 [1] which caused garbage on the terminal when installing inside a SPARC LDOM (tested on SPARC T5). The issue with the installation medium not detected inside LDOMs has not been fixed yet, unfortunately, as the patch has not been merged yet [2]. I could potentially just build a patched udev-udeb in this case as well, however. Will try that tomorrow.
