What's wrong with using GCC? I built and tested Firefox on ppc64 and sparc64
using GCC without any problems. I also tried building it for powerpc but ran
into an issue with building wgpu-hal (portable-atomic not being recognized
as a crate while it works with upstream wgpu-hal).
