did you have succeed login via matth...@localhost?

As can be seen from conf / debug files you sent, conf files seems fine, first
method is public key and after that it reports type error... can you login
to your sshd from other computers via network?

also, try from your computer ssh tunneling:

ssh -R 2222:localhost:22 matth...@localhost

and after that type your password, then you
can connect at sshd like this:

ssh -p 2222 matth...@localhost
