Hi,

I think this is a very useful feature and not a bug. This feature should be
preserved. It allows remote shell scripts to copy a file to a remote server and
then after the copy is completed, move it to a different file name on the
remote server, without doing another ssh connect to do the move.

This feature is great. It obviously does not open any security hole as anyone
who has access to scp on a system will also have access to ssh client on the
same system and can execute commands remotely anyways using ssh.

This is a great feature in scp. Please do not remove it!!!!
