Control: reassign -1 openssh-client

(ssh is just a metapackage for both the client and the server,
and is not necessarily installed).

I have a similar problem, but only for identities for which the
passphrase was already entered (which occurs when using ssh-add
on multiple identities with the same passphrase). I had reported
a bug upstream before seeing this one.

This would indeed fix the bug I'm seeing.
