Debian stretch also contains OpenSSL 1.0.2k-1, as the "libssl1.0-dev" package. The switch from 1.0 to 1.1 is a very difficult one for many packages, and so both versions are being kept around for some time. -- Colin Watson [cjwat...@debian.org]
