Hi,
the problem is solved. The /etc/init.d/nfs-kernel-server script uses
rpcinfo to read the nfs version. If it does not find it it starts with
-no-nfs-version 3 and so I was unable to mount the exported nfs 3 file
systems.
By simply changing the rpcinfo line the problem could be solved.
