Hi My guesses are these:
- I had such problems with bad RAMs. I even could reproduce the crashes by running some applications in a certain order. Try to slow down memory access timings, and so on - Perhaps the graphics card's driver? Not all windows manager use the same xwindows features. What kind of graphics card do you have?
