Method
------
download {rescue,root}.bin, drivers.tgz, create basedebs.tar using
debootstrap program followed by tar.
Problems
--------
1. Shadow box and scroll bar indicators do not render correctly.
This occurs using during the initial boot, note that this
problem does not occur after the reboot. This is a
longstanding issue.
2. The rendering of the various modutils (drivers install) screens
is very screwed up - garbage characters for borders,
mis-alignment of text, etc.
Conclusion
----------
looking good, fix the above two problems, and as far as I am
concerned - ship it!!
