I tried the "compact" version on a 486DX2/66 with 16 MB. During driver installation, installation of the ne.o module failed with the following message: /lib/modules/2.2.14-compact/net/ne.o: init_module: Device or resource busy /lib/modules/2.2.14-compact/net/ne.o: insmod /lib/modules/2.2.14-compact/net/ne. o failed /lib/modules/2.2.14/compact/net/ne.o: insmod ne failed Installation failed.
