Eigentlich sollte /usr/local laut FHS doch nur die leeren Subdirectories enthalten:
The /usr/local hierarchy is for use by the system administrator when installing software locally. It needs to be safe from being overwritten when the system software is updated. [...] This directory should always be empty after first installing a FHS- compliant system. Die obigen Zitate sind aus /usr/share/doc/debian-policy/fhs/fhs.txt.gz - also ist sich Debian mit sich selbst nicht einig?
