Irgendwas updaten (gib mal die Versionen von libc und die locale Pakete).

Manche Programme wollen LANG, manche wollen LC_*. Mehr weiß ich auch nicht,
aber LC_ALL kümmert sich um die LC_sachen. Diese bieten eine feinere
Unterteilung.
