8hz-mp3 is a MPEG audio encoder based on the ISO sources.
At the moment this encoder only support MPEG I layer 3. It is reasonably
fast and free of charge.
NOTE: This is the first beta version and problems can occurs. Use at your
own risk. Another version should be available shortly.
