Hallo Liste,
ich habe ein sehr hässliches Problem:
Nach einer Win95-Neuinstallation wird der MBR der Platte ja bekanntlich
überschrieben, und der LILO muß wieder in den MBR:
-Ich schiebe also die Rescue-Disk rein.
-boote mit 'rescue root=/dev/hda6"
-logge mich ein und mache 'lilo'
-er meldet mir : "Added Linux * Added Windows"
-ich boote neu und nichts passiert bzw. Win wird gestartet
Mit anderen Distributionen hat es immer geklappt. Und auch
Konfigurationsänderungen hat er akzepiert.
Meine lilo.conf:

boot=/dev/hda4
root=/dev/hda6
install=/boot/boot.b
map=/boot/map
vga=normal
#delay=20
prompt
# Linux Image
image=/vmlinuz
label=Linux
read-only
# Windows 95
other=/dev/hda3

Meine fstab (falls das was hilft):
