I would like to hear some feedback, e.g. what's working well, what's broken, opinions about making Linuxconf a standard package in Debian, etc. A waring: Make sure you have configured your network settings using Linuxconf before rebooting with linxconf-boot installed (currently the network settings is the only thing that Linuxconf stores in its own configuration file - Linuxconf tries to avoid this by modifying config files directly without removing manual additions). Maybe there will be a Debian module for reading the network setup from /etc/init.d/network in the future. If you run into problems, just remove liunuxconf-boot and booting should be back to normal. Installing linuxconf itself is not dangerous [as long as you don't run it ;->]. Linuxconf wollte ich mir auch mal ansehen, aber momentan habe ich alle Hände voll zu tun mit anderen Dingen.
