Apt has problems mixing up HTTP/1.0 and HTTP/1.1. If you want to
fetch Debian packages with apt and configured apt to use wwwoffle
as a proxy you have to add the following line to /etc/apt/apt.conf:
Acquire::http::Pipeline-Depth "0";
