Sagt doch schon alles. Du hast eine Default-Route (=Gateway-Route)
gesetzt, vermuttlich beim installieren oder nachtr�glich in
/etc/network/interfaces. Stell es ab, dann klappt es auch mit pppd.

Diese Option macht was anderes.

SuSE kann vieles schreiben. Diese Funktion ist schon lange im "pppd"
drin...
If your provider didn't give you out the addresses of the DNS servers you
should be using, you may be able to get these addresses by putting the
keyword usepeerdns into the /etc/ppp/peers/dsl-provider file and restarting
ppp. Once the connection is up, have a look at the /etc/ppp/resolv.conf
that was created and copy over the "nameserver" lines into your
/etc/resolv.conf file.
