This is for family and friends only. A 10% bonus will be paid within 10 days of new participants entry . All new entries must have Liberty assigned referral #. Do not send forms without referral # . Refferal # will be e-mailed upon receipt of agreement. All information concerning status of program is passed downline to your sponsor. DO NOT send form without referral #. Dear Friend: This is a loan program that will return 10 to 1 every six months! Minimum to join is $1000! This program is by invitation only and is NOT to be massadvertised in any way. Entry is available until the 27th of each month, for that current month, starting on the 28th you will begin the following month's program. Each month you can place a new loan. There is NO add on to your previous loan. each loan made will be considered a new loan. The principal is personally guaranteed. There is no automatic rejoining with this trade. The money will be mailed to you in a form cashiers check .You may make a new loan in the next program, which may or may not have a return rate as high as this one. All loans when matured will be paid out. You can NOT reloan any amount of your current loan. It is understood, that these funds will be transferred to an overseas Liberty International project, whereby the loan plus profit will be repaid to the lender in the amount not less than the amount loaned. Expected time of repayments is calculated to be on or around 6 months from the date of lending. Both parties understand that financial matters involve RISK and no warranties or guarantees are expressed for an exact date of 6 months. It should be understood that this negotiable agreement is for a reasonable time frame thereof. Whenever funds are disbursed, funds will be in the form as designed by the lender. Lender will assume responsibility of proposed operations. This is a non-recourse agreement between private parties. Receipt and /or signing of this document by the recipient constitutes acceptance of the terms of agreement. The private party Loan-Agreement submitted by each individual or entity is subject to acceptance by the Liberty International Foundation without recourse. The Liberty International Foundation cannot cancel this loan agreement. Once accepted only the lender has the right to withdraw from this agreement after 6 months. A full refund will be made promptly upon receipt of a written request at the address below. Lender states he/she does have promise of financial assets in an amount sufficient to sustain obligatory indebtedness and the loaned amount will not be a financial strain. An acknowledgment will be e-mailed to the lender upon receipt of the loan. If you do not have an email address you will not receive an acknowledgment. Unauthorized changes of this document will void the entire agreement.
