Lorsque je lance Xsane j'ai le choix entre dev/usb/scanner0 et

Malheureusement, je n'ai pas d'autre id�e et je ne ma�trise pas trop si il faut fouiner.
D'apr�s mon /etc/sane.d/snapscan.conf il y a bien les lignes :
# Epson Perfection 1670 usb 0x04b8 0x011f
que l'on retrouve dans ta configuration.
As-tu essay� de lancer xsane sous root, pour voir ?

Juste une suggestion:
dans ton /etc/sane.d/epson.conf
� la fin, tu rajoutes (ou d�commentes) la ligne:
usb /dev/usb/scanner0
ensuite turenommes ton /home/user/.sane en /home/user/.sane.old et tu relances sane pour voir si cela fonctionne.
en esp�rant avoir aid� (sinon je ne vois pas) nono

Je suis en Debain Sarge et la version du kernel est 2.4.27-2-586tsc.
J'ai install� Sane pour faire fonctionner un scanneur Epson
Perfection 1670. Et le tout refuse de fonctionner.
J'aimerais savoir par quel bout commencer car j'ai essay� sur le site
de sane et je ne trouve rien qui m'aide.
