Il faut restaurer le fichier à partir d'une sauvegarde ou corriger le fichier à la main. *Normalement*, dpkg(?) fait une sauvegarde de ce fichier (c'est /var/lib/dpkg/available-old). Essayez de copier ce fichier en /var/lib/dpkg/available pour voir si cela régle le souci!
