For drmized itunes store songs, have a look at wikipedia for a starter

most utilities run on windows or MacOs, but it's fairly easy (albeit not
legal...) to "borrow" a WinXP cd and license and run it as a virtual
system (virtualbox, kvm) just for the purpose of removing drms from the
songs.
Otherwise it's possible to burn it as audio cd, and then rip it again in
a decent format like ogg. Unless you manage to burn it as .iso image
only and rip it from there it's going to take a while to burn lots of
cd-rw...
The best way in the future would be to buy non-drmized songs, even
Itunes Music store does that now !
