IMPORTANT : un fois connect� tout est OK. Le pb est qu'il est
difficile pour moi de me connecter.
Bon je suis all� fouiller dans les fichiers log. Voici le genre de
message que je trouve dans /var/log/ppp-connect-errors (l'ordre n'est
peut-�tre pas respect�) :
pppoe: Timeout waiting for PADO packets
pppoe: send (sendPacket): Network is down
pppoe: Timeout waiting for PADS packets
pppoe: read (asyncReadFromPPP): Input/output error

In the discovery stage, the host broadcasts a special PADI
(PPPoE Active Discovery Initiation) frame to discover any
access concentrators. The access concentrators (typi�
cally, only one access concentrator) reply with PADO
(PPPoE Active Discovery Offer) packets, announcing their
presence and the services they offer. The host picks one
of the access concentrators and transmits a PADR (PPPoE
Active Discovery Request) packet, asking for a session.
The access concentrator replies with a PADS (PPPoE Active
Discovery Session-Confirmation) packet. The protocol then
moves to the session stage.
J'en conclus que
-l'envoi des PADI se fait bien Mais que la r�ponse PADO a du mal � venir
-l'envoi des PADR se fait bien Mais que la r�ponse PADS a du mal
� venir
Est-ce suffisant pour en conclure que c'est du c�t� du modem que �a
d�conne (auqel cas je t�l�phone imm�diatemmnt aux d�panneurs super
comp�tents de FT)?
