Bonjour la liste, J'essaye depuis qq temps d'installer une debian sur mon tout nouvel Acer.
MAISAMARCHPA Le probl�me est que cette b�b�te utilise un chipset sis900 pour son ide si je me souviens bien qui n'est pas reconnu par le kernel bf24 sur le CD d'install. DOnc au reboot => badaboum, root not found, panique � bord, tout le monde � la flotte! J'ai eu l'id�e d'installer la Debian via Knoppix. Ici, j'ai un autre probl�me: Le script knoppix n'�tant pas con�u pour travailler avec un autre disque que 'hda' et que bien s�r mon portable utilise 'hdc', j'ai d� rebooter mon portable sur CD pour effectuer un lilo -r sur ma partition. Mais l�, j'obtiens un 'permission denied' quand lilo tente d'ouvrir /dev/hdc en �criture :/ . Jesaipapourquoi. Donc j'essaye de booter avec le CD d'install de la woody, et soit j'utilise le kernel par d�faut (2.2) mais il ne reconnait pas l'ext3, soit j'utilise le bf24 mais il ne reconnait pas le chipset. Janaimaaaaaaarre! Google n'a pas �t� mon ami sur ce coup => je n'ai plus d'amis :'( Je suis malheureux.
