Aus "man mozilla-bin": -splash Enable splash screen. Dieses Parameter geht auch beim Aufruf mit dem wrapper "mozilla", bei mir funktioniert es aber leider nicht, selbst wenn ich kurz testhalber nautilus kille um mein echtes root-window zu sehen ;-).
