Zuerst mal neu installieren wie empfohlen, dann dpkg --purge sslwrap

/var/lib/dpkg/info/sslwrap.(preinst|prerm|postinst|postrm)
darin kannst du dann auch herumpfuschen und den Fehler beseitigen.
