Die Config's sollten root.root geh�ren.

Die Rechte m�ssten jetzt alle passen. apt-get update wurde auch nach der Installation auch gemacht.
Vorher, ist vor der Installation von apt-proxy ;) python2.3 und python2.3-twisted sind auf dem aktuellsten Stand.
/etc/init.d/apt-proxy restart meldet keine probleme
Das System ist schon auf dem neuesten Stand. Gibts nixmehr zu dist-upgraden.
Trotzdem vielen Dank.
Wenn das jetzt nicht hinhaut, suche ich mir gute Alternativen zu apt-proxy. Wird sicher was geben.
