Das schaut ja eigentlich alles richtig aus....ausser die Kernel panic. K�nntest Du noch die boot messages schicken? Vielleicht sieht man dort mehr. Gib console=ttyS0,9600 dem Kernel mit, dann kannst Du den Output �ber ein Nullmodemkabel an einem anderen Compi abfangen. Ohne genauere Fehlermeldung wird's schwierig zu helfen.

wobei / auch /dev/hda3 ist.
